Thank you for choosing Revive Power Washing! By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms help ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties.

1. Services Provided

Revive Power Washing provides professional exterior cleaning services, including, but not limited to:

  • House and building washing

  • Driveway, sidewalk, and patio cleaning

  • Deck and fence cleaning

  • Gutter cleaning

  • Additional services as agreed upon in writing or via booking
     

2. Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and clear access to the areas we will be cleaning. This includes:

  • Unlocked gates

  • Moving pets indoors

  • Clearing outdoor furniture or obstacles

  • Ensuring water access is available

If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to restricted access or unsafe conditions, you may be charged a service fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept [cash, credit card, Zelle, cashapp etc.].

Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee of [insert amount or %], and unpaid accounts may be subject to collections.

4. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged the full service amount.

  • No-show appointments will also be charged in full.

This policy allows us to allocate time and resources fairly to all customers.

5. Weather Conditions

Power washing services are weather-dependent. If we need to reschedule due to rain, storms, or freezing temperatures, we will notify you as early as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

6. Property Condition & Liability

While we take great care during every service, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces (e.g., paint, siding, wood rot)

  • Loose materials that detach during cleaning (e.g., gutters, shutters)

  • Electrical issues caused by outdoor outlets or fixtures not properly sealed

It is the customer’s responsibility to point out any areas of concern before service begins.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
