Liability Disclaimer

Revive Power Washing takes great care in delivering safe and effective exterior cleaning services. However, by scheduling or receiving service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
 

1. Surface Conditions: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or structural weaknesses on any surface. This includes but is not limited to: chipping paint, loose siding, wood rot, cracked concrete, or aging sealants.
    

2. Potential Risks: Power washing inherently involves high-pressure water and/or cleaning agents. While we use industry-standard techniques to minimize risk, damage may occur to improperly installed, aging, or fragile materials. This includes, but is not limited to: window seals, stucco, painted surfaces, and landscaping.
    

3. Water and Utility Access: The customer agrees to provide access to water and exterior utilities necessary for the service. Revive Power Washing is not liable for any issues arising from malfunctioning spigots, electrical outlets, or water supply.
    

4. Environmental Factors: We are not liable for damage caused by factors outside of our control, such as insect nests, pre-existing mold/mildew beneath siding, stormwater runoff, or shifting ground.
    

5. Plant and Property Protection: While we take precautions to protect landscaping and surrounding areas, some sensitive plants or surfaces may still be affected. Customers should cover or remove items of concern prior to service.
    

6. Release of Liability: By allowing Revive Power Washing to perform services, the customer releases the company and its employees from liability for any incidental damage that may occur during or after the service, provided all work was completed using reasonable care and professional standards.
